Accommodation is available in four rooms. The device comprises three double and one four-bed room. Rooms have their own kitchenette, which is fully equipped, including a fridge. The rooms there are cable TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Synka cottage also includes a smaller lounge, outdoor grill, mini playground for children and a gym. A new feature is the ability to connect to the Internet through a WiFi network.
